Class Schedule

CREATE A MOSAIC SIGN
Sat, 1/31 from 11 am -2 pm
Participants will learn the vibrant art of mosaics while crafting a 23” X 6” sign with Susan Hopkins. All materials are included in $65 fee. Participants are asked to come with an idea in mind. Projects need to dry before the final step of grouting. Participants may take projects home to grout at their convenience or return to Main Street Art Collective on 2/13 @ 11 am to grout.

HAND KNIT A CHUNKY SCARF
Sat, 2/7 11 am-1 pm OR 3-5 pm

Cara Gates will teach everyone how to use their hands (no needles) to knit a beautiful chunky scarf.

Price: $35- includes all materials and instruction.

Sourdough Bread Making
2 class times being offered:

Sat, 1/17 at 10:30 am

Sat 2/28 at 10:30 am

Join us as we go through the steps of feeding your starter, making your dough, and several sets of "stretch and fold". By the end of this class, you'll have organic, minimal ingredient sourdough bread dough ready to rise with a suggested bake time for the following day. You'll also develop the skills to shape your dough, fold in inclusions, how to bake, and more.

The $45 class fee includes:

-a healthy starter

- ingredients for you to feed that starter + make your first loaf of bread

-basic tools and a recipe booklet

Participants are asked to bring a quart sized glass jar to take home their starter.

Scales will be provided for use during the class, but it is highly recommended that you have one at home. It is also recommended that you have a dutch oven at home to use when baking your bread.

Maximum 18 participants.

God Given Health Hacks-Beginners Class

Tonia Fillingame teaches this beginners class about natural ways to stay well & the importance of gut health. Everyone will get to taste test a variety of products and get a bag of samples to take home.
