Anti-aging: mind, body, soul with The Fillingame Homestead. Tonia will talk about not only biblical principles backed by science but the things you can do to protect the brain and continue growing brain cells, The link between trauma and health, what is causing aging of skin, mind and bodies and the herbs and your actions that can counter act this aging. How to increase not only longevity and physical appearance, but quality of life, based on science, studies and the bible.
$40 fee includes class supplies, a tea taste testing and a gift bag with product samples.

MOSAIC STEPPING STONE
Sat, Sept 26 @ 11 am -2 pm
In this two-part class, participants will design and create a decorative and durable 12”-round mosaic garden paver. Students will learn stained glass cutting techniques and mosaic principles. Mosaics must dry for 24 hours before grouting. Students have the option to return to MSAC on Saturday, Oct 3 at 3 pm to grout or to receive a take home grout kit to do on their own.
All materials and tools are provided.
